Every athlete I work with receives intentional, individualized planning and thoughtful review. The difference between tiers isn’t seriousness – it’s the level of strategic refinement and precision required.
Some athletes are building steadily and benefit from structured oversight with space to grow independently. Others are operating near performance margins, where small adjustments, recovery management, and advanced analysis meaningfully change outcomes.
Both tiers are coached with care. The distinction simply reflects how much active refinement and strategic depth your training requires.
Tier Flexibility
Athletes can move between tiers at any time as their season, goals, or level of engagement evolve. The structure is designed to support where you are now – not lock you into something static.
International Athletes Welcome
Coaching is not limited by geography. I’ve worked with men and women across multiple countries and time zones, and structure communication in a way that keeps things seamless.
One-Time Startup Fee – $99
A one-time onboarding fee covers the initial deep dive into your training history, performance data, goals, and current constraints. This includes building your initial training structure, setting zones, aligning expectations, and establishing the framework we’ll use moving forward.
Precision Tier
$275/moDesigned for athletes who
– Are no longer building basic fitness, but refining performance
– Want advanced strategic planning and thoughtful race modeling
– Are operating closer to their performance margins, where precision matters
– Value detailed data review and advanced workload design
– Are pursuing peak outcomes over time
This tier supports the full performance ecosystem – including training design, race execution, recovery strategy, fueling guidance, strength integration, and managing life load as it affects performance.
Rhythm of engagement
Typically involves weekly chats and daily workout reviews, with ongoing plan refinement, data review, and strategic adjustments as training, racing, and life stress evolve.
Foundation Tier
$175 / mo- Designed for athletes who
– Value a structured, intelligently designed training plan
– Can execute consistently with moderate oversight
– Want clear direction without high level analysis
– Are building fitness steadily and sustainably
– Appreciate strategic input

Rhythm of engagement
Typically involves twice-monthly checkins and lighter touch workout feedback, with plan adjustments and performance review as needed. Communication remains open.
